Our Wedding

SHUTTLE:

Shuttle transportation will be provided on the wedding day from Hotel Lulu (204 E Mill St, Round Top, TX 78954) to the wedding venue. The shuttle will also return guests to Hotel Lulu at the end of the evening.Please note that the shuttle will only run between Hotel Lulu and the wedding venue. If you would like to use the shuttle, you will need to make your own arrangements to get to Hotel Lulu for the pickup.The shuttle is completely optional! Guests are also welcome to drive themselves to the venue. If you choose to drive, there will be provided valet and you are welcome to leave your car at the venue overnight and pick it up the following day.We’re sharing the shuttle location so you can choose to stay nearby if you’d like to take advantage of the shuttle.Additional details, including shuttle pickup times, will be shared closer to the wedding date.

Quick Transportation Note:

Please plan ahead for transportation if you’ll be drinking at the wedding! Uber and Lyft are not readily available in the area, and the venue is located on rural gravel roads that can be difficult to navigate at night. 	We want everyone to have a fun and safe evening, so please make a plan for getting back to your accommodations before the celebration begins.

A Note About Accommodations:

There are plenty of places to stay in and around Round Top, with options for every budget! We’ve included some of our favorite recommendations below. There are also lots of Airbnb and VRBO options in the area, especially if you’re traveling with a group. We also want to note that we have not reserved a hotel block for this weekend. Because there are so many different lodging options in the area and guests will likely be staying in a variety of places depending on preference, budget, and group size, it didn’t make sense to limit everyone to one or two properties. We also don’t have a way of knowing where everyone will want to stay, so we encourage you to choose whatever works best for you! If you have your heart set on a particular property or location, we recommend booking early to make sure you get your first choice. Many accommodations offer free cancellation up to a certain date, so be sure to check the cancellation policy when booking.

Hotel Lulu

A charming historic inn in the heart of downtown Round Top, featuring 13 rooms across seven cozy vintage cottages. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, beautiful grounds, and an easy walk to Round Top’s shops, restaurants, and galleries.

Round Top Inn

A cozy, casual hotel located right in Round Top with 9 spacious rooms. Each room has a private bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, and coffee maker. Guests also enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings at a nearby coffee shop. Its convenient location is just a short walk from Round Top’s shops, restaurants, and galleries.

Round Top Hotel

A fun, eclectic boutique inn located at the Junk Gypsy headquarters just outside downtown Round Top. Wander Inn features uniquely decorated rooms, cozy common spaces, cowboy pools, and complimentary breakfast—including their famous homemade biscuits delivered each morning. It’s a great option for anyone looking for a fun, laid-back Round Top experience.

A one-of-a-kind Round Top stay made up of creatively designed, upcycled shipping-container Houzes. Each Houze has its own unique style, with a kitchenette, private bathroom, outdoor space, and access to the property’s famous shipping-container pool. A fun and eclectic option for anyone looking for something a little different!

A fun and unique indoor glamping experience in Warrenton, just outside Round Top. Where To Stay

Grace's Version

Josh and I first met in 2018. I was an incoming freshman to Texas A&amp;M headed to fish camp, and Josh was a sophomore counselor. When I first met him, he had a bowl cut and a blue mustache. During fish camp, I noticed that he was the class clown and always was making everyone laugh. We kept in touch through continuing fish camp social events, but eventually lost contact. Flash forward to June 2023, I was with Olivia (one Maid of Honor) and we were having a girls day. I saw a similar looking man to Josh, but there was no bowl cut or blue mustache so I couldn't be sure. After a hot minute of scoping it out, he finally walked over to the section I was in, BUT did not say anything. This is where we tell the story differently (but my version is the correct one). He finally made eye contact with me, and I waved and said "heeeeey." He then said "oh my gosh hi Grace! Do you want a pina colada?" Before I could answer, Olivia said "YES!" and got herself the final pina colada and let us catch up. After that, we hung out at the pool until it closed with the designated wing-people Sarah, Nick, and Olivia. After that, Josh and I started hanging out almost everyday and became "official" at the end of July. He ended up proposing on May 10th, 2026 in Lisbon, Portugal (which despite the spontaneous trip and ring shopping several months earlier, I had no clue). I said yes and now we are excited to celebrate with all of our friends and family in Round Top!

Our Story

The welcome party is "Boots and Bubbly!" Cocktail attire and boots and blazers for men. Boots not required, but encouraged if you have them!

Wedding

Round Top Chic/Black Tie-Optional:Flexible! Women can wear long gowns, elegant midi dresses, or dressy pantsuits. Men can wear a tuxedo or a suit. In Round Top, boots and a hat are absolutely compatible with formal attireHave fun with it! See this board for inspiration or guidance but there are no requirements from us.
